In 2020 the world went on pause. This beer was blended using some barrels from the before time and some barrels from the after time. Our friends at KIN Vineyards in Carp provided pinot noir wine grapes that we’re pressed into wine in the fall of 2021, and we locked them back away in barrels with our blend to age for an additional 10 months. Moments in time, locked away in a glass.

A translucent dark copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light lactic notes, light buttery notes, light caramel, pleasant. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts et pleasant. On tap at brewery.
