A Blend of Saisons Aged in Oak Barrels with Chardonnay Pomace and Hops
It was autumn and things were starting to turn wintery. If I daydreamed hard enough could it feel like summer again? Surely it’s not turning cold everywhere... Maybe I just need to remember a far off place... It feels warmer already!
We aged a blend of saisons on chardonnay wine grape pomace and dry hopped with Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of ground cherry, lactic acid, light cork, Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, light cork, light buttery notes, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.
