Oat Cream refers to the addition of extra oats (often present in beer) and lactose (a less-frequent flyer). These two elements combine to create a silky smooth, full-bodied beer that is at once hugely hoppy and not overly bitter, providing you with great opportunity to use the term “velvety mouthfeel”. Brewed with Galaxy and Strata hops, this first foray into the world of Oat Cream IPAs serves up notes of pineapple, creamsicle and cantaloupe.
