A hazed blonde cider with loads of sparkling bubbles, effervescent. In aroma, sweet apple jam with loads of Brett, ground cherry, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. Served in traditional Breton cup at Poincaré.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Drank from the can so it looked like a can... Aroma and taste of nice slightly dusty green apple, prominent mulch and wet hay funk, smooth yeasty character, dry overall with a hint of residual sugar only, lightly tart and lactic edge as well. Light body, nice effervescent carbonation. Really good funky cider from a can even if it's not super complex.
