Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger khaki foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: roasty dark malts, light coffee, some maple, toasty nuts, caramel/tofffee tones and a light cake/doughy underneath
Flavor: melds all the prior noted aromas to a sweet to roasty to toasty & malty toned quality with a fine maple to toasty and nutty finish
Texture: medium bodied, some sessionability to it, smooth along the tongue with a touch of a dry edge to it
Overall: pretty nicely done maple porter I would return to.

A deep dark porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with chocolate malt, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light licorice, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
