Tap @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Blonde with a green haze. Apricot dominating the aroma. Sour flavor with apricot and lemon. Nice.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with some tiny chunks floating around - no head. Tart-ish, fruity aroma, notes of apricot, unripe apricot, some mirabelle, vanilla, wood. Taste is dry, sour, fruity, minimally woody, notes of apricot, unripe apricot, fruit acid, a vinegar touch; minimally watery texture, astringent palate.

Bottle (I think) @ Schuim (Carnivale Brettanomyces 2018). Murky golden yellow color. Aroma's: sour, soft fruit. Retronasal: sour, apricot, light bitterness. Flavor is sour. Light bodied. Tart finish.

Bottle at t Schuim. Hazy golden with soft pink hue and barely any head. Massive fresh apricot, soft funk, light fireworks, more apricot. Pretty damn sour and light bitter. Over light bodied. Delicious apricot here, nice one!

8 2 7 3 15Draft at Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Cloudy dull golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of fresh apricot, apricot pits, light funk and citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Brettfest. Schuim. Hazy apricot color white ring head. Nose is massive apricot. Sweet and sour apricot. Grainy, funky. Moderate sweet and quite acidic and bitter. Over medium body, bit apricot jam jelly feel, soft carbonation.
