A modern varietal with heirloom appeal, this gem of an apple is sweet and tart and hard to come by. Our Crimson Crisp 2016 Vintage was made with apples grown on the slope of the escarpment facing Georgian Bay. Floral aromas, a rich palate and great body.
Perfect with Fish Tacos, Chicken Salad or Cider Braised Ham.
Fermented to dry, aged 6 months, bottle conditioned and unpasteurized.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity cider with tart apples, light acidic notes, Epsom salts, very nice and smooth. Bottle from cidery.
