750mL bottle, pours a hazy dull blonde with a large white head. Aroma is full of juicy tart plums, crisp apple skins, and a touch of wine must. Flavour almost seems like a cross of pineapple and plum, with plenty of tart plums, crisp apple skins, and a touch of white wine yeast that is felt more after this opens up a bit. Fairly acidic -- this really hits the side of the mouth. The plum is nicely incorporated and so is the gewurztraminer. Very nice.

A lightly hazed pale blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of apples, light honey, light acidic notes, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Dominion City.
