On tap at Escollo, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is subtle, with lots of earthy coffee, maybe some green pepper, and toasted malt. Flavour is not too assertive, but has a nice, clean dry espresso character, toasted malt, and some earthiness. Fairly thin palate but the dryness and subtle coffee character work nicely.

On tap at Escollo. Pours black with a beige head. A fairly light, earthy espresso nose. Flavour has a nice coffee character; could use more roast, but the malts are pretty decent. Palate could be a bit thicker. Pretty solid stuff.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light spices, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Escollo.
