Betatron is a new school West coast inspired IPA.
The main difference you will find between new and old school is new school does not use caramel malts, just a Pilsner malt base, also the hops are added in the whirlpool with only a tiny boil addition. You end up with a more juicy and softer bitterness profile.
Hops: Strata, Citra, Idaho 7 and Mosaic

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at Drunken Dog Condesa.
