Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2018 - Day 2 🇬🇧 [ Great British Beer Festival 2018 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.

[ As Rebellion Roasted Nuts ].
ABV: 4.6%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, nutty, light roasted - chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, roasted - toasted, caramel, sweet malt, light roasted - chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180808]

Cask @ Bootlegger, High Wycombe. Clear brown with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light dark fruit. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 170218

Cask @ Bootlegger, High Wycombe. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

7th Sep 2017: half-pint from a polly-pin at a hop event in Worcestershire. Red hue to this brown coloured brew, beige head. I got the nuts, not too sure they were roasted ones though. Malts dominate this beer, so was surprised when I tasted it because of the place I tried it at. Liked it though!

Cask at the Hope and Champion, Beaconsfield. Poured a copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is woody hop, nutty light fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light smooth fruity woody hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at Back of Beyond, JDW - Reading. Pours clear russet with a creamy khaki head. The nose has notes of solvent, plastic and grains. Light sweet flavor with more solvent, plastic, a little rubber, leaves, grains. Light bodied either to average carbonation. Lightly astringent on the finish, more plastic, earth, leaves, burnt grain. Very poor.

Cask at the King and Castle, Tourist Town Zentrum, 14/11/15. Clear chestnut brown with subtle reddish hues and topped with a decent beige head. Nose is sweet malt, toffee, bubblegum, light cocoa. Taste comprises toffee, light spice, chocolate, brown bread, biscuit, toasted brown sugar. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for style.
