Named after the white sands of New Mexico and inspired by New England and Belgium equally, this IPA features a heady combination of wheat, coriander seed, orange peel and zest, hopped with Amarillo, Huell melon, Hallertau Blanc and Citra, fermented on our juicy New England House yeast.

Keg at the Riverside Beer Festival - BBNo Morden Wharf. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Tasty beer, with notes of pale bread, light wheat, lemon, subtle rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Decent balance to finish. Sound.
