A bright Keller-style pilsner using kveik, specifically isolated from the hornindal strain – a Norwegian farmhouse style yeast. It has a malty bite, rounded with subtle hints of floral honey.

Can from Corks and Cru in Bampton. Color: Hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity notes, spicy hints. Taste: Yeasty, bit spicy Kveik notes, fruity hints of stone fruit. Malty with hoppy backbone. Hints of honey. Moderate sweetness, very light bitterness. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. A bit watery, but that's ok in this case.

Tap at the tap. Earthy slightly yeasty aroma. Hazy amber. Blotchy creamy off-white head. Sour yeasty flava. Underlying caramel sweetness. Medium bodied. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. It's fine.
