Can from Elusive. Aroma is full on almond, or more specifically marzipan sweet. This partly masks underlying funk. Waxy mango orange. Fluffy creamy white head. Sour throughout - it begins subtly and then gains some strength. Vinous and citrus. But there's a parallel sweet marzipan that burns onto the scene. Yet the sweetness manages to compliment and co-exist with the sourness. Thick bodied. Creamy. Some pithiness. Average carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Do you want a sour beer that's also marzipan obsessed? Then this is the beer for you.
