Bottle ordered from Hoptimism. Aroma combines herbs and honey for a mixed sour effect. Hazy bright gold. Thin bubbly foamy translucent white head. Light sour. Dry vinous and spice. Followed by a sweet streak. Thin. Light. Extremely lively fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. A light and refreshing summer beer. Only I've been sat in the spare room all day rather than out in sunny fields.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy light yellow. No head. Nose - floral honey and light Saison spice. Taste - honey again, just enough of the Saison yeast to cleanse the palate. Palate - light bodied, a bit thin. Fairly clean finish as mentioned. Overall - solid citizen.

Keg at Six Degrees North. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a tiny wee white head. The aroma is honeycake, straw, hay, sponge cake, nip of spice and grass. The taste is initially crisp, yet somehow quite soft, gooey honey cake, straw, grass, hay, twist of citrus, candied pee and sponge cake with a dryish finish. Lighter end of medium body and fine carbonation. Not much to it really. Needs a bit more punch.
