Keg at the Craft beer shop, Little Chalfont, Bucks. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a very thin beige head on top which doesn't last very long. Sweet, cherry, chocolate, cola aroma, taste is quite similar, very sweet and lacking finesse.

Can bought at Elusive. Aroma is rich, coffee and dark chocolate. A hint of cheery puree and vanilla. Opaque dark brown. A tad murky. Thin beige head soon almost entirely fades away. Initial medium bitterness. Roasty. Coffee and dark chocolate. The vanilla and cherry then appear in the swell. Black Forest gateaux. Heading toward sickly. Light-medium bodied. A thin creaminess. Long astringent finish. It's alright. Although I think I may have preferred a roasty dark lager to the sweetness that then sweeps in. An odd one with a long not entirely pleasant aftertaste.
