On tap at The Boutilliers Taproom Ashford. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Saison aroma. Some perfumed green tea not my thing. bit watery in mouth

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy pale yellow. Tea, phenolic spiciness, a bit floral, citrus, dry, strong bitterness.

Bottle from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma had spice, citrus and the green tea there in a damp way. Opaque copper gold. Thick foamy fluffy white head. Medium bitter with a sour citrus. Underlying spice and herbs. A touch of smooth fruity sweetness. The tea then really comes through as I drink more. Light bodied. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Crisp. Not shy in the flavour stakes.
