Tim calls Sabro the 'devil hop'. There was only one way we were going to convince him to let us do a Sabro juicebomb. Name it after one of his favourite footballers and hit it with a couple of his favourite hops in Strata & El Dorado. That’s on top of a base of Incognito Citra & Mosaic.
Tropical stone fruit notes, and then a subtle pineapple & coconut backbone tucked away in the background. MOT!

On tap at Craft Beer Junction Bermondsey. Cloudy gold colour thin lasting white head. low carbonation. some coconut but mostly a rather nice citrus tropical flavour. I rather liked this for being relaxed. touch if sweaty Sox on the finish. OK. apricot. yes decent.

Can from Premier Hop, Pudsey. Aroma combines coconut and stone fruit, all at a low volume. Hazy - cloudy- pale yellow-orange. Razor thin translucent white head. A prominent sharp edge of bitterness and citrus sourness. But this only partly distracts from the underlying coconut for a Pina Colada effect. Medium bodied. Oily. Flat. Dry finish. Described as a standard IPA but this for me is more like an IPA. All about the fruit and nuts, the bitterness is soon forgotten. I like.
