An American Pale Ale that’s golden in colour, light and easy drinking with a tropical lilt.
Hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, El Dorado, Idaho #7 & Mosaic
In memory of our friend Ed Curry, he was one in a million. We honour him with big bold American hop flavour and to use his turn of phrase, we filled it with “Whatnot ‘n’ All That Junk!”

Can ordered from South Downs Cellar, Haywards Heath. Aroma has citrus, sugary stonefruit and a hint of resin. But does develop a veg edge. A haze to the gold, orange tinged body. Frothy creamy white head. Medium bitter. Quite tart stonefruit. Underlying graininess. And as per the aroma the taste then develops a boiled veg element. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat but prickly carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Perhaps basic, all bitter.
