Tap. Blonde. Paprika crisps in the aroma. A light lemony sourness in the flavor. Maybe a hint of sweet potatoes. Drinkable.

Draft (or bottle?) @ Schuim (Carnivale Brettanomyces 2018). Cloudy golden color. Dense white head. Aroma's: soupy, tomato (this was the potato right?), sourish. Retronasal: sourish, vinous, woody, funky. Flavor is light sour. Light bodied. Dry/tart finish.

Tap at t Schuim. Hazy golden with small white head. Sour grains, red currants, light funk, light red wine vinegar, sweet potatoes on the nose but not in the taste at all. Medium sour and light sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied.

Brettfest. Schuim. Hazy golden wirh thin white ring head. Sour grain, some earthy potato business is definitely in the taste. Sour wheat. Tart cheesecake. Moderate sweet and more acidic/sour.
