“Sketches of Home” is our next special release, an Australian-hopped IPA, and a nod to the heritage of our co-founders.
Pils malt, wheat, oats and a small touch of Cara20 make for a smooth base which has been dosed with copious amounts of Galaxy and Enigma giving hoppy notes of lush tropical fruit and nostalgia. Bloody Delicious!

Keg at Elusive. Hazy grassy edged citrus aroma. Hazy pale amber. Thick foamy white head. Light-medium bitter with a tangy citrus resinous edge. Medium bodied. Flat carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Decent characterful stuff.

Keg at HL1, 20/12/19. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent white cap. Nose is tangerine, melon, citric tinged straw, pale malts. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, trace of minerality, lemon drizzle, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Ok easy drinking IPA but nothing I’d revisit.
