Keg at the brewery. A dry vinous aroma with a fruity edge. But breathe in and the mango and vanilla come through. Opaque ruby. Creamy white head just clings to the rim. Initially sour vinous taste which is complemented by the dry palate. The berries are most obvious. However the vanilla adds a playful sweetness. Light bodied. Thin but slick. Flat carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Well balanced sour. Slips down easily.

Tap at Elusive, 25th January 2020. Pours a pretty pinkish beer. Aroma is fruity, there’s lots in here, in the taste lots of fruit, slight tart, the rosehip comes though nicely and the vanilla for sure in the finish. Nice
