Brewed for 2019 Collabageddon with our friends at Solvay Society.This mixed fermentation red ale spent the summer fermenting while we added local fruit. Raspberries, Red Currants, Blackberries and Elderberries were added along with Mulberries from a 500 year old tree.

Keg at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Reddish brown pour with a beige head. Nose is wild berries, toffee, sultanas, raisins. Taste is tart berries, sultanas, quite woody, dried fruit. Tart, dry finish.

Keg at Beermerchants Tap, Collabageddon ‘19, 15/11/19. Reddish chestnut brown hues with a moderate off white head that dissipates edgeward. Nose is tangy dried fruits, Belgian yeast esters, Flanders funk, damp hay, dry rot. Taste comprises tangy red berries. brett, wood must, funk, berry skins, rising but balanced acidic bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering climax. Solid stuff with a great depth of flavour for 5%.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours deep amber, nose is cherry, spruce, apple, taste is funky, zesty, fruity.

Keg at Beer Merchant's - Collabageddon 2019. Vinous with dark berries. Cloudy berry purple. No head. Medium sour. Pithy and smooth. Light bodied. Thin but smooth. Flat carbonation. Long low key astringent finish. Good stuff.
