A session strength hop bomb of Baby Black IPA brewed in collaboration with Five Towns and the Independent Salford Beer Festival. Simcoe and Centennial were used in the hop stand before dry hopping with Pekko and fresh 2019 harvest Nelson Sauvin. Is it a Hoppy Dark Mild, a Black Table Beer or Baby BIPA? You decide!

Keg at the Hackney Church taproom - Hackney. Pours deep brown with a frothy, khaki topping. Nicely balanced, with good depth for the ABV, notes of toasted pine, dry chocolate, toasted brown bread, a little citrus rind and earth. Light bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish, with more earth, relaxed cocoa, roasted malts and pine. Very drinkable gear.

Keg at the Tap Room at Hogs Head, 30th November 19. Pours black, slightly off clear. Aroma is citrus, cocoa, tropical BIPA. Taste is bitter and well hopped, citrus, pith, grapefruit, cocoa. Loads of flavour for the extreme low ABV, easy and flavoursome to session this, lovely Black IPA

Keg at Double-Barrelled, Reading. Low key grassy coffee aroma. dark and glossy. Bubbly off-white head. Light-medium bitter. Spice. Herbs. Coffee. Light bodied. Thin if slick. Flat-average carbonation. Dry finish. Super sessionable BIPA. Can't complain about the low ABV.
