Brewed with a strong malt profile with an oat base allows for us to go heavy on the hops for this Porter. Three aromatic and flavoursome New World hops produce a Porter that is strong on body, big on aroma and large on taste.

Cask at Tapping the Admiral, Kentish Town. Dark and glossy. Bubbly if not overly impressive beige head. Rich almost boozy dark chocolate and black coffee. The taste surprises me - it's so low key. Light bitter. Matches the aroma (sans booze) with sour berries and some creaminess. However it barely imposes itself. Light bodied. Creamy. Flat carbonation. Long dry finish. Doesn't live up to the expectation of an India Porter.

On tap at The George Tunbridge Wells. 5.8% black beer lasting thin tan head. Dark chocolate flavour. Some lime accented hops. Quite dry on finish. Lots of plain dark chocolate flavour good beer. Liked the chocolate.
