Cask at the brewpub. Floral and biscuit aroma. Light amber. Thick frothy head. Light bitter but a spice and biscuits are just as prevalent. Sweet into the finish Mesium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long finish. Slips down easily. Session beer.

Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Golden in colour. Lemon and hints of Earl Grey in the aroma. Sherbet lemon, tea and hints of orange all feature in the fairly dry taste.
