Brewed as the festival beer for Reading's Craft Theory 2019 in collaboration with Siren, Double-Barrelled, West Berkshire and Wild Weather. We used our house Hazy Pale malt bill and yeast strain and went mad with hops and fruit. Vic Secret was used hot side before a two-stage dry-hop with Citra and a sprinkling of Columbus. Peach puree was added during fermentation to push the peach notes of the hops and yeast even further.

Keg at PoW, Farnborough. Peach aroma with a hint of grass. Pale hazy orange-gold. No head. Could be peach juice. Was expecting juice but it kicks off with medium-heavy bitter. Some citrus sourness on the periphery. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Considering how many breweries got together for this it's fine but not overly interesting. At least it makes up for the fact that I can't go to Craft Theory Fest in Reading for which this was brewed.
