Bottle bought at the brewery. Floral honey aroma with a doughy core and spices. Medium gold. Bubbly. Thick foam white head. As per the other Wit presumably intentionally brewed not to be cloudy. To be fair, when I casually dump in the rest of the bottle it does get hazy. Initially herby/spicy bitterness. The sweetness from the honey then appears. However the more I drink the more prominent the hops are. Medium bodied. Slick. Lazy soft fizzy carbonation. Finish gets astringent. Unusual, at least for a Wit. Hops and honey. Not overly excited by this.
