GBBF Day 3. Cask. Hazy gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Slighty tangy citrus. Nicely integrated pine. Good ripe tropical fruits. Ripe pineapple. Mango. Light finish. Nicely tropical, could be a tad brighter.

16 oz. can. (Sitting in my fridge about 3 weeks) date coding is smudged. Aroma is pretty good; grass, tropical fruit, decent pine. Flavor is mild grapefruit peel, grass and a good amount of lingering pine. Almost juicy, and almost a soft texture. A nice job trying to copy a NEIPA reminiscent of Tree House, Hill Farmstead, or Trillium. A little more practice and Mayflower might get it. About average for the style.

Pours a slightly hazy straw from a can with lots of floaties, thick white head, little lacing. Aroma is a sweet citrus with an off-putting sour milk hint. Flavor is more of the citrus with an oddly vegetal finish. Weird.
