On tap at Urge Gastropub & Whiskey Bank, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank piney hops upfront, with an earthy grassiness and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is very oily in the hop department, with plenty of piney hops, resins, and light dank. Light sweetness that balances things out very well. Excellent stuff.

32oz crowler pours with a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up citrus hops, floral hops, a berry sensation and then malt nuanced spicy earthy hoppiness. The taste delivers smooth modestly sweet malts, a malt sweetened bitter grapefruit hoppiness, spicy bitter earthy onion like hops and then it gets floral, berry like and a growing spicy bitter woodiness. Yep. Bitter floral and bitter spicy woody hops that are firm yet restrained from front to back. Nice sipper.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a copper color with a small foamy off white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was dry, citric and a bit piney. The flavor was bitter, sourish, citric, dryish and had a rough pine note. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Meh.

Tap at The Davis Graduate. Pours ambery gold with a creamy off-white head. Aroma pine and citrus. Med+ body. Flavor is pine, zesty citrus and smooth, slightly roasty malt. Not all that dry, but it’s hoppy and bitter. Another excellent Knee Deep brew.
