Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Tap at Cap Tap. Pours lightly coppery gold with a white head. Aroma is Southern Cross stuff. Med body. It’s pretty dry; pretty bitter. Flavor seems mixed Southern type fruits. I’m imagining there’s a bit of Guava in it. Maybe one of those fruits with lumps all over it. Pretty tasty - tho the flavor(s) are not common up here in the North.
