12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine & Liquor in Colorado Springs, CO. Pours a slightly hazy gold color with a small white head and decent retention. Very little lacing. Normal lager aroma. Tastes like a mix of pale lager and Helles lager. Light sweetness. Low carbonation and a soft mouthfeel. Somewhat generic but still good and repeatable.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours transient white head, hazy/translucent gold color. Aroma has a hint of fruit, and malt that might be the pale sort. Not quite med body. Flavor does have a fruit/citrus touch in a mild way, and the breadiness is actually tolerable. More flavor than most South of the Border pale lagers, but not enough to make it very enjoyable. Needs spicy food to disguise the taste.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright yellow color with a huge foamy white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was faint with some yeast and grain. The flavor was faint yeast and grain. Medium length finish. Light body. Not much to it.

12oz bottle. Filtered yellow-tan body. Foamy white head. Probably one of the most straightforward of the wave of Mexican Lagers that I’ve had. Drinks pretty true to stye, with a higher quality malt bill. Could use a hint more malt depth. Either way a pretty decent session beer.

Tap industry public house. Pale clear yellow. Odd unique pale lager aroma of mild cream corn. Taste is mild mexican style beer fer sure. Has a little bit of dirt flavor in the background. Smooth, easy and enjoyable, could drink a few of these babies. Fun to the end.
