Tap at Cap Tap. Pours very semi-opaque gold with a transient slight white head. Aroma is a bit earthy. Med minus body. Flavor is earthy apple. Very dry. Wood notes. It hints at being sour - unless it’s just so dry it seems that way. Woodily astringent. Very decent cider. Making me think of the nicer Normandy ciders. Heat not detectable by me.
