Draft. Amber-brown beer with a dark cream head. Chocolate aroma. Chocolate and caramel flavor with pancakes and light maple. Medium bodied. Chocolate and caramel lingers with pancakes.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Tap at Cap Tap. Pours dark ruddy copper (with iPhone light behind it). Otherwise kind of muddy. Tan head. Aroma is maple and chocolate. Med + body. Flavor is strongly vanilla, but the maple is clearly discernible with detectable chocolate. Smooth. Not very dry. Not bitter. Drinks pleasantly and deadly. Heat is present, but not making much of an impression. Good stuff.
