This beer explores the limits of one of our all time favorite hops: Citra. It’s our first beer using HDHC hopping techniques, which stands for High Density Hop Charge. We’re using Citra Incognito and Cryo in the whirlpool, and Citra Cryo and Citra T90 for Dry Hopping. Expect a bright yellow New England Style IPA with only 6.2% ABV to really showcase Citra in all it’s glory. If this ain’t brewers porn, we’re not sure what is.

Troebel goud, witte kraag. Smaakt een beetje als een overdadig fruitig witbier. Beetje vreemd. Onrijpe meloen, witte druiven en sinaasappel ofzo. Licht fruitig zuurtje aan de randjes. Verder best smakelijk. Fris, fruitig, waterig.

0,33 l can. Pale yellow in the glass, like orange juice. Small but steady white head. Intensive tropical c-fruity on the nose. Taste is also intensive c-hoppy but balanced with a high drinkability. Pale malty. Low pleasent bitterness. Some sticky sweetness. Low carbonated. Nice one!
