Many thanks to fonefan for a 330ml bottle of this one. Batch WB 0075. Shared with Finn. Noisy, white head, spotty lacing, hazy golden body. Moderate farmyard smell with a fruity input. Saison fruity flavours with yeasty fruitiness. Mid-dry fruity ending. Quite refreshing and just okay. (Vervet, Tromsø 07.06.2025).

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, bready malt, moderate yeasty, earthy, saison yeast, light funk. Initial flavor moderate sweet, finish flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, bready malt, saison yeast, pale malt - wheat, light earthy, light funky, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to light lively. [20201130]

0,375 l bottle from Karens Blomster, Oksbøl. Thanks to Tommy for his advice. Hazy orange golden in the glass with a nearly two finger white very foamy head. Light malty smell, little bit herbal. Taste is dusty nutty, some pale grain and and wet wood. Low hop, some butter cakes. Nice.

Bottle.Dark golden colour with large white head.Aroma of hops and malt and straw nice well balanced with hint of corn and bread.

Bottle 75 cl. Slow gusher. Pours a cloudy almost carrot golden with a smallish, off-white head. Nose is sweet malty with a metallic touch. Medium body, surprisingly hoppy, subtle phenols and again: surprisingly good bitterness. I wouldn't really call it a Saison since it doesn't have the spiciness or the complexity, it's more of a hoppy Golden Ale. 110920

Cloudy dark golden, huge offwhite head. Yeasty, malty aroma, light funky notes. Malty, yeasty flavour, biscuits, yeasty spice. Carb is rather high, otherwise quite tasty and drinkable.
