Tap at Sofiják. Murky chalky pink body, fleeting pinkish white head. Pleasant, juicy berry aroma. Same taste, raspberry and currant, smooth, juicy, not too lactoseish, tart, a good kettle sour!

Bottle at BBT. Lacto sourish aroma and taste, vanilla, some berries, light to medium sour, light sweet. Medium body, sour fruity vanilla finish. Ok.

Bottle. Red pinkish color with small light pinkish head. Aroma of cookies, vanilla, grainy malt, some berries. Taste is very similar, berries, grainy malt, vanilla, quark.

28.11.2024. Tap at Beer Geek. Thin body, medium carbo. Medium sourness, light sweetness, not overly pastryish. The flavouring is mostly fruit, some red berries. Light vanilla, light yogurty funk. Very easy drinking. Not exactly my type of beer. Otherwise good but not great. 7,0.
4.1.2026. Tap at Maly pivo (pic). Pretty classic red sour, not very pastry. Med-light body, med-high carbo. Med-high sour, mix lacto and fruit. Med-light sweet. Centered on red berries. Not much else going on. Vanilla in background. Works well, a bit simple. Good. 6,8.
