Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 30A: spruce / 21A). Can 50 cl - Batch 14.04.2025 (canned on 14.10.2024 - BB: 14.04.2025). AROMA: medium-high pine (spruce) aroma, medium grapefruit and slight passionfruit from hops. medium-low neutra-sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: yellow color with fine particles in suspension. medium-low white head, creamy, with average retention. TASTE: balanced combination of medium green pine (spruce) and medium hops (grapefruit, slight fruity). medium-low neutral-sweet malt background. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and slightly piny finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting combination of hops and real pine.

W aromacie zywica, granulat, skorka grapefruita.

Tap at Beer & Bones. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, medium sweetness, feels medicinal although it might just be the spruce tips. Average-good, feels somehow off.
