PET from the brewery. Very weird. Med-thin body. Medium weird tartish earthy sourness. Light alcoholic warmth, light bitterness, low sweetness. Does not feel spoiled, but also does not feel normal, and is quite different than what others wrote in ancient tasting notes here and elsewhere. Assertive spruce-like character, moderate green apples, and some weird spiciness, a bit of something like anise and hay. Drinkable, but weird, would be hard to finish a bottle by myself. Maybe I could give more points if I knew anything about what it actually is, but it seems like nobody knows, so it is what it is.

BBT june 2024 second round. Cloudy orange color, minimal white head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, funk, honey. Taste is moderate sour, malt, honey, very light hoppy touch.

Bottle at BBT. Malty aroma and taste, spicy yeasty notes, herbal notes, medium bitter. Medium body, malty herbal yeasty bitter and light sour finish. Ok.
