Bottle 33 cl. Comes as: Dougall's Imperial Stout Edición Limitada (Batch 2016). Pours a clear black with a warm, burgundy tint and a small, light brown head. Aroma is more oxidized, dark dried fruit than mean roastiness. I kinda like this more British approach. Rich, sweet body, sweet licorice and again jammy, mushy dark dried fruits - this is more prunes than coffee. Subtle bitterness. A pleasant, drinkable Imperial Stout. 150120

Draught at RØØR, shared with Finn. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Almost black in the glass. Lightly smoked malty aromas, hints of chocolate. Well blended taste profile of biscuit, smoked malts, and chocolate. Smooth malt-driven finish with impact of molasses. Well bodied. Likable. (Oslo 02.12.2018).
