Náš EFI Cider je vyrobený z čistého jablečného moštu z moravské moštárny. Při výrobě nebyla použita žádná aromata, barviva nebo přidaný cukr. Díky tomu, že nepřidáváme žádný cukr je cider příjemně suchý a dá se popíjet celý den. Přijďte vyzkoušet čistou chuť jablek.

0.33l bottle from EFI Osmec. Misty pale greenish goldenish body, traces of a white head, fizzy. Sweetish-tart aroma, nice apple flesh, low tea notes, low to no tannins, somewhat minerally. Dryish taste, fairly generic green apple taste, not terribly tart in my book but vaguely on that side. Some pleasant sweetish aplpe touches come in, but in general the body isn't too thrilling. Bit middling, that's all.

Bottles, from EFI, Brni. Hazy pale golden, small head. Aroma of tart green apples. Tart with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Tart green apples. Mild apple skin bitterness.

Tap at brewery. Pale greenish golden color win no head. Aroma of sweet apples, light clove. Taste is sweet apples, clow, sugar.

Backlog. Tap at Brnensky pivni festival. Resembles mass market ciders. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Rather high sweetness, marginal sourness, tartness, no bitterness. No character, only neutral artificial apple flavour. Easy drinking and refreshing though. Average at best.
