bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma nocciola grana grossa evanescente, colore marrone con riflessi rossi, al naso caffè malto tostato caramello, in bocca caffè malto tostato caramello, corpo medio leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato. Non una delle migliori che ho bevuto ma sono in vacanza e va bene. Regalata da Cava Spiritology, Larnaca Cipro, b. Eliofos Elegant Maisonettes Polis 07.07.25

Bottle from the brewery. Medium body, medium carbonation. Malt-centered, with moderate caramel, coffee, light chocolate, light deep roast astringency. Medium bitterness, light sweetness, rather dry, even though with sweetish flavours. Not great, but good, solid, also kinda in style, even if not my favourite interpretation.

Amber color with medium beige head. Aroma: roasted malt, toffee, bready, roasted bread, strawy hop. Taste: roasted character, toffee, noble hops. Medium body, low to moderate carbonation, moderate to high bitterness.

Bottle.BBT 06/2024. Brown color with tan head. Aroma of dak malt, caramel. Taste is sweet with caramel, moderate coffee, light hops. Good.

Bottle at BBT 06/2024. Malty aroma and taste, chocolate notes, light caramel, medium bitter. Medium body, malty caramely bitter finish. Ok.
