Bitter, Citrusy, Hoppy – Large amounts of hops deliver an intense piney and citrusy aroma and flavour in a bitter, easy drinking Pale Ale. 1898 was an interesting year, not only did it see massive changes in brewing as India Pale Ale became one of the most popular beers of the time, but it was also the year our neighbour Nottingham Forest FC whose lesser known nick name is that of Tricky Trees, played their 1st game at City Ground, West Bridgford. Looks like not much has changed in 100+ years!
