Grapefruit - Malty - Pine • Inspired by some of the red ales of the Pacific Northwest, we decided to make a malty-yet-hoppy red ale of our own! We paired pale malt, munich malt and crystal malt from Washington state with a ridiculous amount of iconic Centennial and Simcoe hops bursting with pine and citrus flavor. Skookum is only brewed while listening to Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains while wearing an appropriate amount of flannel

Lots of bitter hops, tastes like falconers though I know it's not. Rusty like your voice when you're toothless from too many heroin ODs like the inspiration for this beer. Pours red with great head and lacing. Better than most reds. Very bitter end. Tap at brewery.
