15.10.2018, 0,75l bottle shared with friends @ home:
Nice light brown slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, dark malts, oak, hay, minerals, paper, fruit stones, bark, cocoa, alcohol, soil. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, dark malts, oak, bark, roasted grain, hay, bloodlike minerals, sour grass, fruit stones, soil. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enoug, not really my cup of coffee.

Big 750ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Spotty lacing on the glassware from a decent fawn-coloured head. Near-black in the glass. Delicate aroma of berry-fruit, woody. Dark fruity flavours, impacts of wood, leather, and dark berries. Vinous impression. Rounded fruit-berry ending. Fine depth. Good drinking. (Session at Finns in Tromsø with The Cellarer, Snegurochka and Finn, 21.09.2018).

Taste comprises tangy red berries, funk, earthy, light roast, toffee, stewed fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering climax. A well balanced and flavoursome sour.

Keg at Six Degrees North on the tail-end of the MtB event. It pours near balck with a light tan head. The aroma is musty, funky barnyard action, plenty of oak and leather, toasty malts, dark fruits and tangy berry and tar. The taste is dry, toasty malt, earthy, wood, damp leaves, leather, tangy dark fruits and berry throughout, jammy, vinous, umami, must, funk, charred notes and a touch of mouldy stuff in the background. Medium+ body and fine carbonation. A good depth of flavour with nice balance. More drinkable than expected for sure. Enjoyable.

Draft @ Tilquin English Beer Festival 2018. Black colour, tart nose, vinous, some woodyness. Light roastiness. Ok.
