Our first foray into the universe of New England IPAs, Galaxy Haze is juicy, crushable and of course hazy. Our most dry hopped beer to date, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops collide to deliver peach, mango, passionfruit and gooseberry flavours. Expect low bitterness and a pillowy soft mouthfeel. A stellar taste of the tropics.

Cask at The Partridge, Bromley 31/07/2023 not that “hazy” but expected aroma and taste for style, some nice juicy fruits, pine needles, malty backing, assertive bitter edged hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Cask at The Harp, Covent Garden. Gold pour with a white head. Nose is peach, tropical fruits, touch of pine. Flavours of lychee, white grape, tropical fruits, peach. Quite a malty, fruity hoppy affair.

Orange gold with a very very slight haze and a bubbly/frothy white head. Fruity nose, bitter blood orange taste and some malt coming through
