Cask at Black Lion, Nantwich. Pours golden yellow with a small almost white head and good lacing. There’s corn and malts in the aroma. It the mouth it starts off sweet with a little zestiness. Flavour has citrus, mango and tangerine. Later on it becomes slightly bitter with hints of ginger leading to a fairly dry finish. This is reasonable – but somewhat bland.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Pretty much a clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light pale malts, sweetish. Floral hops, not bitter. Whisper of citrus. Light and semi dry finish. Inoffensive but ultimately dull.
