Deep dark brown with a frothy tan head and a big sweet chocolate aroma. Smooth and soft, nicely balanced sweet chocolate and roasted malt before a dry, slightly bitter finish

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Caps and Taps. Pours clear, deep brown with a fading, foamy off-white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with kites of milk chocolate, brown bread, soft roast, some semi-dark fruits. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, rounded dark malt character. Drinkable enough, not a lot to it.

Black beer, thin tan head which soon fizzes away. Aroma of malty chocolate. Flavour has milk chocolate, malts, a little oaty smoothness too. Straightforward, punchy, typical stout just dialled up a little. Very decent.
