A cask only table beer brewed in collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery and fermented with a specially selected yeast strain that accentuates the tropical, citrus and stone fruit aromas from American Ekuanot and Czech Most hops used during both the hot and cold side of the brewing process.

Cask at the Chesham Arms, Hackney, 02/11/24. Golden blonde topped with an off white head. Nose is grass, melon, papaya, tangerine. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, orange zest, melon, soft malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Passable easy drinker if a little on the bland side.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 29th October 2024. Pale gold with shallow foam and spot lacing. Citrus and caramel malt aromas. Orchard fruits in-mouth and finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at the Strugglers Inn, Lincoln. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light citrus lemon, slight sweet. Light to be body.

Hazy pale gold with a frothy/bubbly white head and a soft tropial fruit aroma. Light bodied with citrus notes, some mango maybe, and a dry bitter finish
