Clear pale gold with a frothy/creamy white head and a light citrus aroma. Light to medium bodied, it’s zesty and bitter, tangerine with sweet malt underneath, has a little earthiness to it and finishes dry and bitter

Hand-pulled half-pint in the Rose & Crown, Ludlow on 12th August 2024. Deep golden body, white head. Pleasant blend with a citrus leaning throughout, not too sure many 'Champions' would actually choose it though.

Cask at Rose & Crown, Stafford. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a medium sized frothy off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is sweet and fruity with mandarin to the fore. In mouth it is sweet and tangy with plenty of citrus (mainly tangerine and lime). Later on a little underlying bitterness can be detected, plus herbal hints leading to a slightly dry finish. The is decent – a nice refreshing beer for a warm summer day.
